Congratulations to Jillian + Bobby! There are so many moments from this day that we can’t get over. From Jillian’s father’s reaction when he saw her for the first time (cue the tears), to the champagne pop with the wedding party, to the breathtaking reception venue and decor, Jillian + Bobby’s wedding day was absolute perfection!
Proposal story written by Jillian: “Bobby took me out for a nice dinner at a local Mexican restaurant that serves my favorite margaritas, he was so nervous that he let me go overboard and order a second which put me over the edge into party time mode, when we headed home I insisted we stop at the liquor store, little did I know our families were waiting patiently at our house for us to get home. Once Bobby was able to get me back home I saw my moms car in the driveway, who was supposed to be at work that night, so at that point I knew! He walked me out to our porch, got down on one knee, asked me to marry him and told me I could start planning for real now.. to which I gave him a punch/love tap “for letting me get a second drink” and quickly said yes. We then went in to celebrate with our families, after about an hour Bobby had arranged for my three best friends to come to the house (bringing them in from Long Island, DC, and even Florida as a surprise). The surprises continued with a surprise engagement party where about 65 of our closest friends and families got to celebrate with us at one of our favorite local bars.”
